
Digital Marketing Specialist (Town, up to $5500)

- Plan, setup, launch, execute and optimize end-to-end programmatic ad campaigns across DSP platforms (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Taboola).
- Collaborate with internal teams and align media strategies with business goals to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to meet KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.)
- Analyze past and current campaign data to identify trends, insights, and performance gaps, and make strategic adjustments accordingly.
- Proactively recommend new tactics, technologies, and strategies to improve performance and participate in A/B tests to assess creative, audience targeting, and bidding strategies
- Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members; Stay updated on digital media trends, evolving platform capabilities, and best industry practices.
- Diploma or Degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience with programmatic media buying (Google Ads, DV360, Taboola, or similar platforms).
- Google Ads Certified and proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEM strategies.
- Strong knowledge of direct buying, display advertising, and retargeting best practices. Skilled in using Googles media buying tools to drive campaign performance.
- Proven track record in executing data-driven advertising campaigns. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills; open to feedback, self-motivated, and not afraid to ask questions when in doubt.
