
Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Search, SEO and Webmaster)

- Media planning and buying on Google Ads and other ad hoc platforms.
- Set up our Google Ads account, including but not limited to, properly linking it to other digital assets such as the website, GTM, GSC, GA4 and online spreadsheets via pixels and APIs; configuring the Google Ads account by setting up measurements, conversions and dashboards; conducting keywords research and planning and based on that, set up paid search campaigns, for example, generic, own brand, remarketing and competitors campaigns.
- Set up and run both ‘always on’ and ‘tactical’ paid search campaigns and ads according to goals (for brand awareness or leads generation) and budgets assigned and carry out continual monitoring and optimisation of paid ads campaigns and ad sets to ensure efficient spend, pacing and good optimisation so that metrics such as ‘Cost Per Conversion’, ‘Cost Per Click’, ‘Cost Per Mille’ and ‘Quality Score’ are optimised.
- Continually write appropriate copy for ads, update ‘negative keywords’ lists, include new keywords, carry out experimentation and A/B tests, maintain records of all UTM tags used and assist with landing pages tweaks to improve optimisation.
- Produce weekly search and SEO reports including insights, measurements, keywords research and search trends.
- Plan and run our SEO and organic search marketing. Conduct keywords research and planning, coming up with a plan comprising longer and shorter tail keywords to target, based on pillars such as generic and branded keywords, to improve their SERP organic rankings.
- Conduct on and off site SEO optimisation, such as website audits, tagging of images metadata, updating the sitemap, links building, disavowing bad links and more.
- Help to manage and maintain our search and web related assets. Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions and dashboards. Use GA4 and UTM codes for tracking and attribution.
- Use data and insights to inform marketing and business strategy related planning. Analyse data, maintain dashboards, create powerpoint slides and generate insights.
- Assist with conducting primary and secondary research such as email surveys, interviews, focus groups, web searches, scientific literature review and considering various documents and primary sources.
- Act as webmaster. Manage the website, update content, ensure PDPA compliance, report on web analytics, perform SEO related tweaks (schema markups, site audits, links, etc) and integrate the website with other APIs and analytics (GA4) software.
- Work with technology team and other stakeholders and agencies to add new features, maintain assets, etc.
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when asked to.

- Content and Education to integrate their content and education initiatives into your work.
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, SEO and being a webmaster.
- Experience in other areas of digital marketing would be highly advantageous.
- Experience in integrated marketing and business/marketing strategy and insights would be highly advantageous.
- Experience working with agencies.
- Polished communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine is desirable.
- Relevant degree or diploma would be highly advantageous.
