- Launch initiatives that increase network value—more than just business, but shared purpose
- Plan and execute high-impact events—career seminars, activations, partner showcases, etc.
- Ensure seamless coordination from concept to wrap-up
- Make every touchpoint memorable, relevant, and brand-aligned
- Track performance and ROI of past events
- Provide regular reports/ presentation on progress of key initiatives and strategies of the Strategic Management Department.
- Perform other roles as instructed by HOD in the administration of department matters (i.e. minutes taking and annual report contribution)
- Energetic, curious, and comfortable navigating across different teams and industries
- Great at building relationships and growing communities
- Strategic with numbers, creative with ideas
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent hustle
- Experience in partnerships, campaigns, or ecosystem roles is a major plus
