  • Manage job advertisements and career fair postings across multiple job portals to attract top talent.
  • Actively source and engage with candidates in relevant fields, assisting in screening and shortlisting applicants.
  • Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires ie. KYE, compliance and background checks
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of engagement and internal communications activities.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned
