Tasks▪ Plan and execute company events, activities, and communication sessions to enhance employeeengagement▪ Assist in the recruitment process by advertising job openings, screening candidates for suitability, andsetting up interview schedules▪ Assist in the onboarding and offboarding procedures by ensuring a smooth implementation and apleasant experience▪ Support in managing employee and intern relations by handling any concerns or issues in order topromote a positive workplace▪ Participate in policy updates and documentation to ensure relevance and take part in executing any HRpolicy changes▪ May undertake an HR project to improve effectiveness and efficiencyRequirementsRequirements▪ Study in Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies▪ Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills▪ Proficiency in Microsoft Office▪ Open-minded, organized, analytical and quality-oriented, able to work independently and prioritise▪ Team-oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding▪ Past internship experience preferredDuration: 6 months, full-time internship
