- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation.
- Assess the feasibility of automation projects and make informed recommendations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Conduct thorough testing of automation solutions to ensure effectiveness.
- Develop training materials and job aids for new processes.
- Provide training on new or updated processes.
- Manage vendor onboarding, including supplier requests, registration, and qualification.
- Collaborate with the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Finance team to achieve project goals and implement improvements.
- Support the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process in enhancing M&A supplier onboarding procedures.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
