Due to the urgency of this role, we are only able to consider candidates who are currently authorized to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship.Overview:An exciting opportunity to join a high-impact SAP S/4 migration project, focusing on procurement data transformation from a legacy system. The role will support business process design, documentation, testing, and stakeholder engagement across procurement data areas.Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate workshops and gather business process requirements across key procurement data areas.
  • Design and document end-to-end procurement data processes using tools like Signavio and Microsoft Visio.
  • Map processes including material classification, sourcing master, parts pricing, BOM (TBC), and reporting.
  • Define and document roles, responsibilities, and approval flows.
  • Support UAT scenarios across data creation, maintenance, delisting, and reporting.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams to align process designs and secure stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Drive process efficiency improvements and align with industry best practices.
  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Procurement Data (e.g., purchasing info records, pricing conditions).
  • Strong background in business process documentation and mapping.
  • Experience with SAP project lifecycles, data migration, and process workshops.
  • Proficient in Signavio, SAP, Microsoft Visio, and Google Cloud Platform (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams in global transformation projects.
