- Support HR Business Partners with end-to-end recruitment activities, including reviewing and shortlisting applications on Careers@Gov and LinkedIn • Draft, update, and manage job postings (create, refresh, or close as needed) • Liaise with candidates on queries and follow-ups to ensure a smooth recruitment experience • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on recruitment requirements and progress updates • Contribute ideas to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience
