- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the Intelligence, Defense, and Public Security sectors.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and security organizations.
- Work closely with internal teams-including intelligence analysts, solution architects, and product developers-to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence and identify potential partnerships.
- Lead proposal development, including RFP/RFI responses and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on geopolitical, defense, and public security issues that impact client needs and solution relevance.
- Oversee sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting activities.
- Provide strategic insight into influencing future service offerings and innovation within the Info- and Digital Intelligence space.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all client engagements and proposals.
- Knowledge in Information Systems, Engineering and Business or equivalent
- Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the defense, security, or intelligence sectors.
- Familiarity with intelligence workflows and solutions, OSINT/SOCMINT practices Information and Spectrum domains is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making structures within government and defense entities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align customer needs to business objectives and long-term growth plans.
- Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-security environments with attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to synthesize complex intelligence or technical information into compelling sales narratives.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and in collaborative team settings.
- Strong proposal writing, contract negotiation, and presentation skills.
