1. Explore user behavior across the shopping journey and identify friction points and growth opportunities through data analysis and user research;
2. Lead end-to-end user research using both quantitative and qualitative methods, balancing speed and depth to support business priorities;
3. Match and integrate survey or research data with backend behavioral data to explore discrepancies and validate user-reported insights;
4. Apply statistical principles to validate findings and ensure analytical rigor (e.g., confidence levels, significance tests);
5. Translate research into clear, actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and feature development;
6. Distinguish between generic user feedback and insights that drive long-term product value;
7. Communicate findings effectively across stakeholders at all levels with clarity and impact.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. 2+ years of experience in user research, behavioral science, data analysis, or related roles;
2. Strong SQL skills;
3. Proficient in survey design and behavioral data analysis; familiar with qualitative research methods and able to combine both approaches to generate holistic insights;
4. Solid grasp of statistical methods (sampling, confidence intervals, p-values) to ensure the reliability of insights; experience in aligning and analyzing self-reported research data with backend platform data (e.g. cluster validation, conversion attribution) is a strong plus
5. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex research insights to diverse stakeholders and proactively influence decision-making and implementation.Preferred Qualifications
1. UX research experience in E-commerce;
2. Python or R experience;
3. Curious, collaborative, and passionate about uncovering the “why” behind user behavior;
4. Ability to bring onboard new perspectives and ways to carry out tasks, solve problems, and meet challenges;
5. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment to make an impact and drive business goals;
