1. Conduct Brand Health Tracking (BHT) studies to evaluate user perception of the e-commerce business, as well as awareness and feedback on key strategies;
2. Identify how business initiatives, brand and product expression, and major promotional campaigns influence user perception and purchase behavior, and develop solutions that effectively enhance the shopping experience;
3. Flexibly apply quantitative and qualitative research methods based on business needs, balancing speed and depth to support business priorities;
4. Translate research into clear, actionable recommendations that shape business strategy;
5. Distinguish between generic user feedback and insights that drive long-term product value;
6. Communicate findings effectively across stakeholders at all levels with clarity and impact.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
1. Familiarity with research methodologies such as brand health tracking (BHT), campaign evaluation, and concept testing, with the ability to conduct attribution analysis and extract meaningful insights; experience in e-commerce is a plus;
2. Strong proficiency in both quantitative and qualitative methods, with proven ability to design surveys, analyze data, and conduct interviews or focus groups;
3. Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or similar);
4. Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to translate complex research findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications
