Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is looking for a Campus Recruiter to join the highly regarded global Talent Acquisition function. Reporting into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this individual will be responsible for managing campus / graduate hiring end-to-end as part of a high performing and collaborative team. It is a fast paced, high-performance business, with a focus on high touch and quality deliverables, partnering with senior stakeholders across front, middle and back office including technology, in a client facing role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute campus recruiting strategies
  • Build relationships with universities
  • Design and manage targeted marketing and branding campaigns across social media and other platforms
  • Plan and coordinate campus events such as presentations, workshops, networking sessions
  • Support candidates throughout interview, offer and onboarding, delivering high quality candidate experience throughout
