
Recruiter, Commercial People Team (1-year contract)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for commercial functions, including but not limited to Business Analysts, Business Intelligence, Business Development, Marketing, Strategy, and Product Managers
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, advise on market trends, and define recruitment strategies
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and campus outreach
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong role fit and culture alignment
- Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders
- Conceptualise, drive and evaluate talent recruitment-related initiatives that will contribute to long-term improvements in the team's objectives, productivity and development
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports to track progress and hiring metrics
- Represent Shopee's brand and culture in all candidate interactions
- Bachelor's degree with relevant recruitment work experience or internships (Open to Fresh Graduates)

- Highly motivated self-starter with independent decision-making abilities and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to quickly evaluate situations, combine strong business judgement and people intuition to reach well-founded decisions

- Strong understanding of regional talent markets is a plus
- Experience in regional roles and/or in large technology companies, and working with senior stakeholders, is a plus
