Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules.
Plan optimal transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs.
Prepare and maintain accurate transportation-related documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and delivery confirmation.
Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.
Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.
Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.

Do you have what it takes?

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering or equivalent
Candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply
Familiar with route optimization software and transportation management systems (TMS) or fleet management will have an added advantage.
Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, carriers and drivers
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance will have an added advantage.
Class 2B driving license is preferred but not mandatory
Comfortable working at 1 Greenwich Drive

Working Hours:

Class 2B project:

Able to commit rotational day and night shift
Day shift: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm + half Saturday/Sunday 8.30am to 12.30pm
