If that sounds like you, we’d love to meet you.We’re on the lookout for a temporary Customer Solutions Assistant—someone who is friendly, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in our customers’ day. You’ll be the crucial link between our team, warehouse, and customers, ensuring everything runs smoothly from order to delivery.
  • What You’ll Be Doing:
Be the friendly voice and helpful hand for our customers, handling phone calls and emails with professionalism and heart.Process customer orders quickly and accurately, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.Coordinate with our warehouse to ensure smooth and timely delivery.Manage backorders and handle returns (we like to keep things efficient and fuss-free).Send out payment links and make sure billing is accurate.Keep all documents (POs, invoices, delivery notes, emails) organised and properly filed.Make sure records are always up to date and accessible.
