Transport Coordinator

- Collaborate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams on movement of shipments in accordance with delivery schedules.
- Plan optimal transportation routes to minimize transit times and costs.
- Prepare and maintain accurate transportation-related documentation, including bills of lading, shipping labels, and delivery confirmation.
- Optimize load consolidation to maximize vehicle capacity and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor on-time delivery, transit times and delivery accuracy.
- Liaise with customers to provide shipment status updates.
- Good to have 1-2 years of experience in fleet management and transportation coordination
- Candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Familiar with route optimization software and transportation management systems (TMS).
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers, carriers and drivers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance will have an added advantage.
- Class 2B driving license is preferred but not mandatory
- Comfortable working at 1 Greenwich Drive
