What the role is:Case officer in managing cases and any other duties the registrar may assign.What you will be working on:Assist Registrar and Board members of the Strata Titles Boards in case management of applications filed with Strata Titles BoardsPrepare documentation/correspondence in relation to mediation/hearing sessionsCommunication with parties on Strata Titles Boards proceduresConduct research for the BoardsAssist the Board to draft Orders, Grounds of Decisions and JudgmentsReview of legislation such as the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Land Titles (Strata) Act and their subsidiary legislationProvide administrative support to Strata Titles BoardsAny other duties the Registrar may assignWhat we are looking for:
Tertiary qualification in legal studies.
Relevant working experience in the legal sector would be an advantage.
Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
Able to work independently and as a team player.
