- Assist the team with HR operations-related activities like onboarding, documentation, transfers, offboarding etc.
- Data management and administration work for various internal systems to achieve data integrity.
- Improve employee experience by supporting HR communications & organizing engagement activities.
- Research various HR topics and industry-leading practices for HR project.
- Actively participate and contribute creative ideas to process enhancement, system updates and team activities.
- Support talent acquisition topics / projects. This might include recruitment marketing or end-to-end recruitment
- Other duties as assigned.
- A background in business administration with a keen interest in Human Resources.
- Detail-oriented; proactive and willing to take on challenges.
- Experience in Microsoft office tools/programs are beneficial.
- Previous work experience or internships in related fields is a plus.
- Good communication / interpersonal skills.
- Proactive team player who is self-driven.
