- Assisting with training program event logistics & program communications
- Managing and updating the Learning Management Systems (LMS) & internal platforms
- Preparing and consolidating regular reports on training and learning activities
- Preparing change management briefs to market HR and Retail Teams, working with HR teams across the markets to ensure that launches are consistent across all markets
- Supporting the phased rollout of Sephora's retail career guide across the region, creating communications toolkits and playbooks for the Retail Team to reference
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Canva proficiency will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and organize time as well as projects efficiently
