- Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into network/application infrastructure designs and services that meet intended availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity needs.
- Forecast and manage budgets to support project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability, performance, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for project planning, contract renewals, and performance reviews.
- Prepare project documentation including design specifications, system architecture, and operational guidelines.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and compliance checks to ensure adherence to cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies, recommending enhancements, and streamlining processes.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members in infrastructure design and support.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
