- Engage stakeholders to translate business requirements into network infrastructure designs and services that meet the intended availability, capacity, resiliency, security, and continuity needs.
- Forecast and manage budgets to support network project initiatives and ongoing maintenance contracts.
- Work with service providers to design, develop, deploy, and configure network infrastructure solutions to meet confidentiality, availability, and data integrity requirements.
- Ensure all network infrastructure complies with the Agency's Technical Architecture, IM8 standards, and internal IT policies.
- Oversee day-to-day delivery and support of network infrastructure services, ensuring operational stability and performance.
- Collaborate with other government agencies and central service teams to facilitate and deliver government-wide network services and infrastructure projects.
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in enterprise-level ICT infrastructure for end-point services.
