- Ensure risk assessment conducted at work and all times complying to local Workplace Health, Safety and Environment regulations
- Lead and manage assigned team for component overhauling including preparing of spare parts.
- Perform assessment of components and RCA report for non-conformity order with the support from Technical Services
- Interact with external customers during their visit for job inspection and auditing.
- Job coordination with FSO and Intra-Group coordinator
- Prepare inspection report of the assigned work.
- Prepare Service Work Report for submission to customer after job completion according to Wartsila standard protocol.
- Continuous review job processes, tools or equipment/machinery to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
- Continuous improvement of own competency and skills through cross training and service bulletin
- Assist Manager to train and develop subordinates to improve work competency, skills and also awareness in QEHS activities.
- A polytechnic diploma or degree in marine engineering with at least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to create internal and external work reports.
- Ability to communicate and interact well with customers and other stakeholders.
- Literacy in Information Management Applications/ Tools such as MS Office.
