- Manage end-to-end processes for two flagship early talent programs: a scholarship initiative supporting digital careers, and a structured internship program.
- Lead and execute campus outreach strategies, including developing partnerships with universities and institutions to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Drive employer branding efforts, including the development of marketing content, planning and executing social media campaigns, and organizing recruitment or branding events.
- Track and analyze metrics related to talent attraction and engagement efforts, using dashboards and data insights to evaluate and continuously improve program outcomes.
- 4 to 8 years of experience in campus recruitment, employer branding, or leadership development within human resources.
- Good to have previous background working in consulting or government organizations.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with experience working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Strategic mindset with a passion for developing future talent and building meaningful engagement strategies.
- Comfortable using HR tools and analytics platforms to manage programs and report outcomes.
- Demonstrates a keen ability to identify and nurture talent, with a strong belief in continuous learning and development.
