- Own and drive product roadmap of various data marts / data products supporting internal / external data users.
- Manage and work closely with various stakeholders to drive and implement product enhancements to fulfill user and business requirements.
- Prioritize users' requests and deliver high-quality Product Requirements Document (PRD) with a clear goal, scope, user scenarios, analytics framework, and data logic to meet users' needs.
- Collaborate with other product teams, engineer teams and project manager to drive feature release while ensuring quality, speed, and sustainability.
- Promote and drive usage of data marts / data products across regional and local data users through initiatives such as conducting sharing and training sessions, creating and maintaining user guides.
- Be the data domain expert for your portfolio.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Analytics, Statistics is preferred, open to graduates with less than two years of work experience.
- Previous internship experience in the e-commerce industry or product management is preferred.
- Experience in SQL, creating dashboard using BI tools is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, logical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder management, project management, product sense, communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and agile environment.
