Job Description:
  • Participate in software development project, with a strong focus on analyzing and managing Change Requests (CRs).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designer to create/enhance User Interfaces (UIs).
  • Review and understand existing business processes and applications to assess the impact of requirements and change requests.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops (using traditional and/or Design Thinking approaches) to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyze workshop outputs and stakeholder inputs to identify gaps, challenges, and potential solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, product backlog items, and test scenarios, ensuring traceability to test cases.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate transfer of requirements and alignment during implementation.
  • Support functional testing, regression testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
  • Participate in the validation and verification of deliverables to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or any IT equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development projects with direct involvement in managing Change Requests or requirements management.
  • Proficient in Jira tool and process flow creation tool such as, Miro or similar.
  • Familiarity with Agile Scrum framework as this is closely adhered to in our environment (sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, sprint retrospective and product backlog refinement).
  • Good stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to present and explain technical aspects and benefits of business requirements in a clear and convincing manner to business users/sponsors.
  • Experience in facilitating design thinking workshops will be an advantage
  • Proficient in developing GUI prototypes using prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, will be an advantage.
  • Comfortable in engaging clients directly and have a customer service mindset.
