- Champion use of experiential, thematic and integrative strategies to effectively deliver a One Sentosa Experience by working with internal and external stakeholders. • Lead team to steer the Sentosa portfolio strategy. Ideate, develop and implement experiential concepts and work with senior management to develop the experience strategy that will enhance Sentosa's attractiveness as a destination, so as to drive business outcomes (eg visitorship and spends) and build affinity with visitors. This include precincts development work (e.g. Imbiah, Sensory Scape and Palawan) and ad hoc projects to activate existing assets/ offerings eg. Fort Siloso • Active involvement in the development of the Sentosa-Brani Masterplan, particularly in areas relating to experiences and concept developments. This includes related market research projects and feasibility studies. • Key co-lead officer in the Brani experience concept envisioning exercise together with ALP. This include related initiatives eg. supporting the Industry Advisory Panel and Multi-agencies Work Group • Work with both internal and external stakeholders to champion and sustain the library of Sentosa signature tours (SentoSights), as well as Learning Journey programmes for organized groups (eg. Schools). • Support the team leader and unit head to execute strategies to achieve visitorship and revenue growth. • Solicit new and existing accounts to exceed visitorship and revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, communication and site inspections (when required). • Prospect and grow account list, handling incoming leads and closing sales through all Sentosa's sales platforms, including its B2B portal. • Organize and participate in industry trade shows, travel functions and major business functions as required. • Organize familiarization and site inspections of Sentosa with clients (e.g. Travel Agents, Event Planners / Organizers, Destination management company and etc)
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Tourism/ Experience Development, Marketing or similar • Experience in Experiential, Thematic, Interactive Design and Multi-media/Digital Technologies (eg Augmented/Virtual reality) related works in a leading role. • Experience in project management, including budget controls, schedule controls and reporting in a leading role. • Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills • Possess at least 10 years of relevant working experience in a leadership position. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge in experiential design related developments or projects of international scale. • Flexible and resilient. Ability to grasp concepts and strong in conceptual and creative thinking. • Self-motivated, positive, resourceful and result oriented.
