- Drive the development and implementation of competency-based leadership and capability development strategies, policies and practices to enhance staff development and workforce capabilities. • Plan and facilitate learning and development opportunities for MDDI officers to build core capabilities and leadership skills, including nomination for key milestone programmes, organisation of in-house programmes and in-service scholarship and sponsorship awards. • Leverage on HR tech and learning systems, including online learning platforms such as LEARN and Agency Learning (ALS) to foster a culture of continuous learning. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to (1) HR and future of work; and (2) Learning and Development.
- 7-8 years of relevant working experience in Learning and Development, Human Resources, or a related field. • Strong conceptual, analytical and writing skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to collaborate well with both internal and external stakeholders. The individual should possess the following attributes • Strong adaptability and openness to embrace new technologies • Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities • Clear and effective communication skills • Collaborative mindset and strong team leadership abilities • Passion for HR and to drive constructive change.
