
Marketing Lead (ShopBack Pay)

- Ownership of end-to-end marketing strategy to drive growth across all customer segments and revenue for ShopBack Pay in the Singapore market. Own and manage campaign and calendar planning together with commercial stakeholders.
- Identify and establish relationships with high-impact brand partners to create, plan and implement mutually beneficial B2C marketing campaigns to grow ShopBack's offline and online presence. Strong acumen of merchant related consumer mechanics is required.
- Guide the team to conceptualize and execute co-branded offline and online retail activations with merchant partners to increase ShopBack visibility, acquire and engage existing ShopBack users across offline, digital, in-app and CRM channels.
- In-Store Marketing expertise: Work together with the design and operations team to continuously optimize In-Store point of sale materials (POSM) and processes to amplify ShopBack's value proposition at every consumer touchpoint.
- Own SG growth metrics and manage marketing budgets with clear evaluation on ROI. Track and evaluate performance of campaigns and initiatives by analyzing relevant data and metrics looking at acquisition and retention strategies.
- Stakeholder management: Effective cross functional collaboration with local and global teams (commercial, marketing, product, graphic design, CRM, performance marketing etc.) to ensure cross business unit alignment.
- Team and performance management: Lead a team of marketing associates to foster high performing team culture. Identify knowledge & gaps, mentor and upskill, leading with ShopBack values at all times and operating within agreed SLAs.
- Stay abreast of key industry trends and the use of data to formulate and make recommendations on new revenue opportunities in order to develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation.
- 5 - 7 years relevant experience in partnerships/marketing/business building experience, preferably within payments/platform marketing, offline and/or e-Commerce environment.
- People management experience is preferred.
- Strong experience in multi- channel campaign management, including offline / in-store channels, events, paid media, in-app channels and CRM.
- A self-starter, independent, resourceful, creative and result-oriented individual who thrives in a fast pace and high achieving environment.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with the ability to drive data backed decisions translate hypothesis/strategies into actionable insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present opportunities and insights clearly and effectively.
- Experience working with merchants and brands is a plus.
