
APAC Social Lead, Global Marketing

- Lead content strategy and execution for TikTok's Social channels across APAC, including always-on storytelling and campaign integration.
- Work cross-functionally to develop social-first content that enhances campaigns.
- Play a key role in translating Comms & Marketing strategy into proactive, platform-appropriate content that helps build trust in our company and platform.
- Act as a central point of contact for Social across Comms, Marketing and beyond - ensuring alignment of narrative, goals and creative.
- Partner with creators, publishers, and cultural voices to bring authenticity and credibility to our storytelling.
- Work with the @TikTok Japan and Korea teams on content planning, campaigns and messaging.
- Give strong creative feedback to our partner agencies on concepts, copy, and execution, ensuring output is both on-brand and engaging.
- Manage external agencies to deliver consistent, high-quality work and productive collaboration.
- Track content performance and translate insights into actionable learnings for future campaigns.Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications
- Substantial Experience working on a national or global brand in Social, ideally one with a Japanese or Korean presence. This can be experience from either working at the brand itself, or at an agency.
- Have a great track record of managing a small team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Proven track record of integrating Social into flagship campaigns, as well as Always On content.
- Experience with Social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprinklr and more.
