Daily production of pastry and bakery items to support various restaurants (Rose Veranda, The Line, Banquet, etc)
Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
Clean and maintain baking tools and equipment
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Pastry Manager
Team Player: Possesses strong teamwork skills and can collaborate harmoniously with pastry team.
Passion for Pastry: Shows genuine enthusiasm for the art of baking and pastry work, with a keen interest in exploring new flavours and techniques.
Able to withstand the physical demands of pastry kitchen, including standing for extended periods and handling repetitive tasks.
Food safety Knowledge: Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices to ensure a clean and safe environment.
