Position Title : Executive Pastry Chef
Gross Salary Range (Basic+OT): $3000-4500
Industry : Caterer
Working Location : Kaki Bukit
Working Hour: 8am-6pm
Working Day: 6 days per week

- Lead all operational duties in the pastry department, including daily production of cakes and pastries
- Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to
- Manage all food and production cost
- Make recommendation to upgrade the quality and presentation of food and menus and implement new menu ideas/festive menus
- Ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelinesJobs Requirement:
- Diploma or professional certificate in Pastry
- Able to create and test own recipe
- Having experience to handle own business in relevant industry will be added advantage
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Required to work on weekends and public holidays
