What the role is:MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER (INDUSTRY STRATEGY), ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT DIVISION, CSA About CSA The Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is the national agency overseeing cybersecurity strategy, operation, education, outreach, and ecosystem development. It is part of the Prime Minister's Office and managed by the Ministry of Communications and Information.What you will be working on:Responsibilities You will be part of a dynamic team to shape and develop a vibrant and growing cybersecurity ecosystem in Singapore. Your mission will be to strengthen Singapore's cybersecurity capabilities through formulating strategies, planning new initiatives, and working with partners to grow the cybersecurity industry for national security and economic benefits. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders including government agencies, institutes of higher learning, business associations, venture capitalists as well as cybersecurity companies. You will also partner closely with the national CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth Collaboration Centre (TIG Centre) to drive cybersecurity innovation, bolster Singapore's reputation as a trusted digital hub and to advance cybersecurity as an economic driver for Singapore. Key responsibilities: • Identify trends, opportunities and gaps in the current landscape and develop plans that contributes to building a vibrant and sustainable cybersecurity ecosystem. • Facilitate inter-ministry and inter-government coordination and collaboration on cybersecurity industry development. • Develop and manage strong partnerships with key industry players and knowledge partners to gain support and involvement in industry development efforts. • Craft compelling value proposition for industry division's programmes and initiatives, and present recommendations to senior management. • Track TIG Centre's programme performance, review impact and develop success stories. • Provide secretariat support for the TIG Centre's and relevant committees/workgroups.What we are looking for:Requirements • Qualification(s) in Business, Economics, Communication or Computer Science. • More than 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in business development, strategic marketing, enterprise development or public policy. • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to distil and summarise complex issues and to propose potential solutions. • Highly adaptable, able to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. • Strong writing, communication and presentation skills.
