- Perform HR operational activities according to existing HR policies and SOPs. To ensure the delivery of activities meets the standard required.
- Suggest and implement improvement to HR processes, policies, and technologies regularly from a people-centred perspective.
- Support implementation of new company policies by developing processes and systems that support the policies and HR operations' needs.
- Deliver communications plan and materials, and engage with all stakeholders to ensure changes are well implemented.
- Provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation as needed.
- Lead and/or participate in NUHS, MOM, MOH, MOHH, AH, HR projects, events, committees as and when assigned or appointed.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent from a recognized university.
- Sound knowledge of Employment Act and Labour Laws.
- Prior experience in HR operations and generalist work is required.
- Critical thinker and process-oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful and self-motivated.
