Project Management Lead engineering design and plant modification reviews. Apply CPMS/MFO and VIPs for structured project execution. Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and evaluate contractor bids. Monitor contractor progress to ensure safety, budget, and schedule compliance. Conduct punch listing and PSSR for project completion. Support commissioning and handover to Operations. Coordinate with consultants and regulatory bodies for inspections. Maintain project documentation and update standard specifications. Evaluate contractor safety performance and conduct field audits. Manage capital budgets and control MOC expenditures. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience in managing projects in petrochemical industries Strong teamwork and initiative in cross-functional collaboration Effective communication and a drive for continuous improvement
