- Partner closely with all stakeholders to serve customers effectively and meet team sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

- Proposal & Quotation Preparation
- Analyze requests for proposals to understand project scope, technical requirements and customer expectations.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies in proposals.
- Ensure proposals adhere to industry standards and compliance regulations.
- Utilize CEP and SAP systems to prepare accurate costings, quotations, and proposals for company’s products, services, and third-party packages.
- Terms & condition (T&C) review & negotiation
- Summarize customer specifications and create a Deviation/Clarification list.
- Participate in technical clarification meetings with customers, clarifying company’s proposed deviations.
- Handle inquiries via various communication channels, provide technical assistance and advice, follow up on quotations, negotiate terms, close orders, and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with Sales teams, Service, Finance and Supply Chain departments to gather necessary input for quotations and proposals.
- Verify customer Purchase Orders, convert quotations into sales orders, and process orders using the SAP system.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, resolve problems, and address complaints effectively.
- Perform any other tasks required by the Company to support its business strategy.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Control, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Instrumentation and Automation/Control Engineering
- Strong technical expertise in applicable engineering domains
- Prior experience in the Oil & Gas industry (a strong advantage)
- Proven ability to prepare and manage project proposals
- Solid project management skills (PMP certification is an added advantage)
