Position Title: Accounts Manager
Working Location: Tampines
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $7,000 + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Preparation of financial and management reports in compliance with the Group and Company policies, procedures and statutory requirements.
Prepare management reports, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Review and approve journals, reconciliations, payments, and credit control activities.
Manage tax, GST/VAT, and statutory filings; liaise with auditors and banks.
Strengthen internal controls, accounting policies, and process SOPs; drive system/data accuracy.
Partner with operations/sales on pricing, cost control, and project/job profitability.
Lead and develop the finance team; allocate tasks and monitor KPIs.
Support ERP enhancements, dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

ACCA / Degree in Accounting
At least 5 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of group consolidation is essential
Good leadership skills are preferred
