- Responsible for order taking and support logistics coordinator for all export matters
- Ensure a clear line of communication between suppliers, warehouse, forwarders and importers
- Responsible for completing and ensuring compliance with the full set of regulatory documentation
- process for international shipments
- Arrange packaging and documentation in alignment with specific country requirements and regulations
- Monitor and provide timely updates on shipment status to clients
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate documentation and records in ERP system in accordance
- with company policies and procedures
- Process all trade related purchases/invoices/payment documentation.
- Coordinate and participate in annual stock-take activities
- Candidate should possess a Diploma in Logistics or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in similar function
- Possess good knowledge in export shipping documents
- Knowledge in letter of credit is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel
