- Basic salary: up to $2,600 + OT + AWS + VB
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Alt Sat) - Mondays to Fridays: 8.30am to 5.45pm, Alt Saturdays: 8.30am to 12.30pm
- MUST have forklift license
- Order fulfillment includes but not limited to coordinate the receiving, picking, and shipping of customer orders according to customers requirements.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Manages warehouse inventory and maintains database (WMS) accurately for inventory movements.
- Conduct inventory cycle counting.
- Maintain and filling of documentation and record keeping.
- Reports updating as per company/ customers requirements.
- Maintaining a clean and safe office environment.
- Ensure Warehouse Assistant processes the incoming/ outgoing orders as per customers requirement and provide guidance if needed.
- Share knowledge and best practices with newer team members and involved in training programs.
- Support and assist other team members during peak periods or when facing challenges.
- Encourage the reporting of safety hazards and participate in safety training initiatives.
- Perform any other tasks (job-related) as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant working experience in similar functions / positions.
- Good PC and office skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Good working knowledge of Warehouse Management system (WMS).
