Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Coordinate and assist in the day-to-day warehouse operations.
• Streamline shipping and transportation processes
• Ensure all documentations are fulfilled and updated to Head Office timely.
• Supporting Operations team to provide administrative support
• Support in month-end stock take and replenishment of material needed.
• Perform other administrative duties such as filing and documentation processing.
• Assist in necessary documentation and preparation for movement of cargo
• Responsible in preparing and issuing of all shipping documents
• Responsible in Shipping Documentations verifications, liaise with stakeholders ensuring documentations are completed timely
• Coordinating transportation providers/Forwarders to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments
• Liaise with external parties to ensure shipments are going smoothly
• Assist with other duties as assigned

• Minimum GCE "O' level, preferably possess a Diploma in Logistics/Transportation or equivalent.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words etc)
• Good team player and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, innovative and motivated.
• Team player and ability to work well under pressure and time constraint
• Able to multitask, prioritize & time management.
• Well verse in computer
