- Collect incoming deliveries from the mailroom, unpack and sort items, and update the office inventory list.
- Manage office supply orders (pantry items, stationery, etc.) and ensure timely restocking.
- Assist with daily office upkeep, stocking the fridge, tidying the pantry, and maintaining general cleanliness.
- Ensure meeting rooms and phone booths are organized and ready for use.
- Act as the main point of contact for building management regarding access cards and other office-related matters.
- Support the organization of internal events and team-building activities.
- Assist in tracking and maintaining budget records for office expenses.
- Students in business management / administration, human ressources or others.
- Previous experience in office management is a plus
- Sensibility for the Finance/Crypto industry is a plus.
- Organized and autonomous
- Ability in written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicative and easygoing.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Detail-oriented and hands-on mindset.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to support wherever needed.
- Interest in office management, HR, or general business operations.
