- Project & Enhancement Delivery: Actively involved in implementing strategic initiatives and BAU enhancements, including planning, monitoring, and resource coordination.
- Process & Requirements Analysis: Lead discussions to understand current processes, design future workflows, and ensure business requirements are comprehensive and forward-looking.
- Solution Evaluation & Recommendation: Collaborate with IT to assess high-level solutions and recommend the most suitable options to stakeholders.
- Testing & Validation: Translate requirements into UAT scenarios, conduct/review testing, and manage UAT sign-off to ensure solution quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Continuous Improvement: Prioritize changes, manage gaps, prepare training materials, and continuously seek improvements to stay relevant and effective.
- Educational & Professional Background: Diploma or Degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 3–5 years of experience in life insurance operations and systems.
- Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong logical and analytical mindset, with experience in workflow implementation and insight generation; familiarity with AI platforms like KeyReply or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
- Communication & Organizational Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Work Ethic & Adaptability: Able to multitask, meet tight deadlines, work under pressure with minimal guidance, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
