- Contact prospective customers to develop business relationships.
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound generated leads.
- Learn the full range of products and services and identify how these align to customer needs.
- Communicate Product/Solution knowledge and expertise to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the appropriate products and solutions.
- Sell a defined set of products & Solutions, manage and track all sales activity.
- Promote and remain up to date on new products, new technology and service offerings of IQVIA offers.
- Create, maintain and manage the client service agreement across business lines, ensuring consistency in service.
- May provide input into local client service strategy.

- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong work ethic and the ability to consistently exceed sales targets
- Proven success in lead generation, prospecting, contract negotiation, and closing sales in a fast-paced, dynamic enterprise software application environment, especially to Life Sciences clients
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Sales/Business Development
- Experience selling Digital solutions to Pharmaceutical, MedTech or Consumer Health clients, such as Event/DMS/SFE solution, Patient Support Platform, Quality management System, AI and Analytics solutions, or Data management platforms like MDM, Data Lake etc.
- BA/BS degree
- Fluent English and Chinese speaking (necessary for client engagement)
- Life Sciences Industry experience is an added advantage.
