
Senior Client Solution Manager

- Prospect and cultivate new business opportunities within your assigned target industries and verticals
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives
- Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including consulting, product sales, and off-shore delivery teams, to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including booking quotas and pipeline generation.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM system.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on Oracle Consulting's technology solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Develop mid to long term account plans to achieve business growth & secure market leadership; perform overall pipeline management & regularly keep the Oracle Consulting Management informed of opportunities progress.
- Able to handle customer conversations at Senior level.
- Support successful delivery & help manage customer escalations (if any), thus paving way for expansion opportunities.
- You should have a proven track record of success in technology consulting sales or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong leadership traits, business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate client needs into compelling value propositions and a customer-first mindset
- Deep understanding of technology trends, solutions, and best practices, particularly in areas such as SaaS, AI/ML, cloud computing, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and data analytics
- Consistent record of success and career stability are critical
- Previous work experience with the Big 4, Large SI, Vendor or Business Partner is essential
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in working with public/government sector is highly preferred
- Demonstrate ability to lead and manage commercial and contractual negotiations
- Display capability of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies including senior level executives, legal, technical, finance, support, opportunity and marketing experts
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
