- Strong and relevant technical experience in life (re)insurance, life consultancy or brokerage with minimum of 5yr working experience. Qualified actuary or investment banking professional strongly preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and engage confidently with external clients across diverse cultural and business environments, particularly in the Asia region.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and deliver results in a structured and efficient manner.
- Proficiency in an Asian language is highly preferred; Korean or Japanese are particularly valuable.
- Foundational understanding of reinsurance structures, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise in asset-intensive solutions and a good working knowledge of pricing and capital frameworks .
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and contribute to client proposals, market analysis, or deal structuring.
- Commercially minded, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and supporting new business initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Familiarity with risk management principles, internal controls, or governance frameworks is a plus.
