- Manage DC's inventory, including regular ordering of medical consumables and drugs, planning and monitoring storage space, receiving stocks, and tracking stock movement.
- Manage the procurement process for equipment, assets, and stationeries to support DC operations, sourcing and analysing quotations, and ensuring prompt delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the nursing team and external vendors to establish efficient procurement and inventory workflows, ensuring smooth treatment provision and maintaining service quality for patients.
- Implement cost-effective procurement strategies to optimize resource utilization and maximize operational efficiency.
- Establish and nurture relationships with vendors supplying goods and services to the DC.
- Work closely with Procurement and Facilities Management team in HQ in sourcing and evaluating potential vendors, including annual Vendor Evaluation exercise.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements, addressing any issues or discrepancies as they arise.
- Ensure that the DC's physical infrastructure is well-maintained and meets safety and operational standards.
- Supervise environmental maintenance tasks conducted by vendors, including cleaning services, high dusting, pest control, waste collection, and biohazard disposal, to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Work closely with Facilities Management officers from HQ and relevant service providers in managing facilities issues.
- Coordinate repairs and servicing of all centre equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
- A year of working experience on procurement and vendor management
- Good knowledge of healthcare regulations rules and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a start-up environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks and documentation.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Demonstrated basic proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese
