- Develop a deep understanding of Castlery's brand, product range, target audience, and overall marketing guidelines.
- Learn and apply partnership evaluation criteria to identify suitable influencers and brand collaborators.
- Manage inbound partnership enquiries and coordinate communication with potential partners, with support from your supervisor.
- Contribute to content ideation for ongoing partnership campaigns and seasonal sale activations.
- Support the end-to-end partnership process, including outreach, negotiation, and execution.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a strong grasp of platform best practices and emerging audio/content trends.
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in content creation, collaborating with local influencers, or pitching partnership proposals to brands is a plus.
