- Develop a strong understanding of Castlery's brand identity, product offerings, and target customer segments.
- Identify and recommend suitable influencers for brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with brand values and campaign goals.
- Stay informed on trends, consumer behavior, and market shifts specific to the US market.
- Manage influencer communications and inbound enquiries, with guidance and support from the team.
- Contribute to creative content ideation for both evergreen campaigns and key sales periods.
- Solid understanding of major social media platforms-particularly Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube-with up-to-date knowledge of platform best practices, content formats, and trending audio/content in the US market.
- Excellent command of English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, with a proven ability to manage timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables effectively.
