- Ensure meticulous documentation of financial data
- Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports as required by Management.
- Make judicious decisions and plans while adhering to legal and regulatory obligations
- Exercise control over expenses in line with approved budget to maximum profits
- Develop and implement systems and procedures to ensure prompt collection of receivables
- Prepare comprehensive profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, budgets and business plans including projections room revenue Reconcile bank statements regularly
- Diligently follow up on overdue payments, reporting bad debts while managing cash flow effectively
- Provide financial consultancy service to Management, offering insights for developing promotions to increase revenues or implementing cost-cutting measures to reduce expenses
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or ACCA
- At least 3 years experience within a Financial Controller role, ideally within the Hospitality industry
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
