
Service Administrator

- Creation of Service Agreement and any third-party agreement
- Creation of Work Order for Service Agreement
- Creation of equipment list in various platforms
- Provide quarterly updates of End of Life/Support reports
- Generating renewal proposal/quote for customer
- Regular update utilized manhours for various services
- Collaborate with various internal departments to resolve issues related to order processing, license expirations etc.
- Independent and self-motivated to drive outcomes and result oriented.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with vendors based on minimal interactions.
- Collaborative and Team Player to synergize with various department.
- Deep appreciation/understanding of operational processes to address risk & concerns.
- Diploma or Higher in IT, Business or related field
- Must be customer service oriented
- Must be self-motivated, team player, and keen interest to learn
- High Proficiency in Verbal & Written English Language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel (especially VLOOKUP, Pivot and Dashboard) & Power Point
- Ability to effectively present information to customer and internal stakeholders when required
- Experience using PowerBI is a plus
