- Manage the process of repair and follow-up together with the sales team - from diagnosis, answering questions from clients, cost estimation, perform repair activities or arrange with subcontractors, quality check on the repaired creations
- Contribute to positive team spirit & actively participate in the day-to-day boutique life by developing personal knowledge (High Jewelry, Jewelry, Watchmaking and Stones (for quality purposes)), group training sessions and LMS tests to raise awareness on client service activities among the sales team
- Ensure the workshop area is setup, well- maintained respecting the guidelines & followed the Maison standard on creations' handling, management of spare parts.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
